Integrity Pledge Card

This project is a design for the “Integrity Pledge Card” by the Line Network Dispatch Branch of Ningbo Rail Transit. As a key communication medium for the company’s Party conduct and anti-corruption efforts, the card adopts a tri-fold format, measuring 45×15 cm when fully unfolded and forming a 15×15 cm square when folded. It is printed on heavyweight coated paper or textured specialty paper (such as Gangu or Ivory card), enhanced with die-cutting and selective gold foil stamping to elevate both visual depth and commemorative value.

The design theme draws inspiration from the metaphor “integrity is like a breeze, purity like a lotus.” The cover features a die-cut of the Ningbo Rail Transit logo, subtly revealing an inner illustration of a lotus flower through the folded panels. This layered effect implies that integrity, though often unseen, should be internalized and reflected outward in action.

The primary color palette centers on elegant teal-green hues, evoking a sense of clarity, calm, and moral strength. Lotus leaves and flowers are rendered in minimalist line art, presenting a restrained and airy aesthetic with traditional Eastern undertones. The inner pages feature a soft beige background, combined with ample white space and well-structured typography to ensure a solemn yet gentle reading experience.

Beyond its visual expression, the card includes sincere and powerful messages from company leadership. These writings address self-discipline, family values, and pledges to integrity—serving as both an organizational expectation and a personal reminder to uphold ethical conduct.

This design seeks to interpret traditional concepts of integrity through a contemporary visual language. By blending symbolic imagery with aesthetic form, it creates a tangible medium for promoting a culture of honesty—effectively merging corporate values with compelling visual communication.
